Betrayal can cause deep emotional distress and lingering symptoms of trauma.

Infidelity/Affair Recovery

Have you been considering divorce or separation after finding out about an affair?

Are you struggling to come to terms with the infidelity of a spouse or partner?

We don’t enter into marriage thinking it will end. So when we find out our partner has been unfaithful or betrayed our trust, the effects can be significant. If you’re reeling and trying to process finding out about an affair or infidelity, you are dealing with not only the end of something you believed in, but the betrayal of someone you trusted.

Emotional abuse is not as easy to spot as physical abuse, but oftentimes its effects can be just as traumatic.

Emotional abuse can involve a wide range of tactics, including gaslighting, shaming and manipulation. All of these are intended to leave the victim feeling confused, powerless and hopeless.

Relationship or Intimacy Issues

We can often find ourselves in repeated negative patterns and disagreements in the relationships we value most.

There’s no denying that life often presents us with our fair share of challenges, usually in the form of sudden change. These life transitions, even the positive ones, can throw us into a tailspin and leave us feeling stressed, confused and vulnerable.
