Dr. Raisa Felts is a seasoned therapist with a Doctorate in Psychology from Northwest University. She is dedicated to supporting neurodiverse children, teens, and adults, particularly within the ADHD and autism communities. With nearly 15 years of rich experience, Dr. Felts has honed her expertise in understanding and empowering individuals across diverse backgrounds, including South Asian, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC communities.

Employing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Dr. Felts adopts a holistic approach to therapy. She believes in the power of person-centered practices and fosters a safe and empathetic space where her clients can explore their unique experiences.

Dr. Felts’ commitment to cultural sensitivity is woven into every aspect of her practice. Starting at the University Center for Developmental Disabilities at California State University, San Bernardino, Dr. Felts delved into work with neurodiverse populations while working on neuroscience research examining the impact of medications on the adolescent brain. Her hands-on experience at the University of Washington in autism research and summer camps deepened her understanding of neurodiverse needs for all ages.

Additionally, Dr. Felts has lent her expertise to clinical settings like HopeCentral pediatric clinic in Seattle, offering comprehensive assessments. Dr. Felts has also provided therapy in multiple private practices working with diverse populations.
