Elizabeth, the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of the Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center, brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to her role. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University and is licensed to practice in both Washington and Colorado. With a dynamic career spanning various settings, Elizabeth has cultivated a passionate commitment to helping individuals and families recover from traumatic events.

With a wealth of experience, Elizabeth has honed her clinical focus on addressing relational trauma, notably betrayal. She has also acquired significant expertise in the treatment of problematic sexual behaviors and sex addiction, recognizing the profound impact of these patterns on relationships. At the core of her approach is an emphasis on rebuilding trust and creating a secure space for personal growth.

In her role as a trauma specialist, Elizabeth comprehends the intricacies of how trauma impacts both the mind and body. Using Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), an innovative approach facilitating rapid trauma integration, she strives to create a warm and inviting space within her practice.  Here, her goal is to provide an environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and navigate life’s challenges with resilience.

As Clinical Director, Elizabeth designs effective client programs and facilitates training for new team members. Her responsibilities encompass researching cutting-edge training for staff and providing crucial support and supervision for clinicians. Beyond her administrative role, Elizabeth is one of the primary therapists for the Resilience Through Betrayal intensive programs in Bellevue and Boulder, CO.
