Elizabeth, the Co-Founder and Clinical Director of the Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center, brings an exceptional blend of expertise, compassion, and dedication to her role. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University, she is licensed to practice in both Washington and Colorado. Elizabeth is a highly skilled and versatile therapist committed to guiding individuals and families through their healing journeys.

Elizabeth’s dynamic career spans various therapeutic settings, allowing her to cultivate a passionate commitment to helping individuals and families recover from traumatic events. Her extensive experience has refined her clinical focus on addressing relational trauma, particularly betrayal. She has also developed significant expertise in treating problematic sexual behaviors and sex addiction, understanding the profound impact these issues can have on relationships. At the heart of her approach is a dedication to rebuilding trust and creating a secure space for personal growth and healing.

As a trauma specialist, Elizabeth comprehends the intricacies of how trauma affects both the mind and body. She utilizes Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), an innovative and cutting-edge approach that facilitates rapid trauma integration. In her role as Clinical Director, Elizabeth is instrumental in shaping the therapeutic landscape of the Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center. Elizabeth also provides crucial support and supervision for clinicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive professional environment.

Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Elizabeth is one of the primary therapists for the Resilience Through Betrayal intensive programs in Bellevue. She leads these specialized programs with a deep understanding of the complexities of betrayal trauma, offering clients a path to healing and renewed strength. Her expertise and compassionate approach make her an invaluable guide for those seeking to overcome the deep wounds of betrayal and move toward a future of resilience and empowerment.
