Julieta’s expertise lies in helping women identify and break negative relationship patterns that prevent them from forming authentic, fulfilling connections. She understands the complexities of cultivating meaningful relationships and is committed to supporting clients through obstacles rooted in relational trauma and negative self-beliefs. With Julieta, clients are always met with genuine curiosity, feeling safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.
In her practice, Julieta integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage distress and foster personal growth. She tailors each session to meet her client’s unique needs, collaboratively setting meaningful therapeutic goals to create healthier, more satisfying relationships.
