Absolutely! Our therapists are trained in the treatment of depression, anxiety, grief, perinatal mental health and much more. Check out the about us page to find a therapist who fits your needs.

To register for one of the BTRC three-day intensive programs please fill out our contact form indicating which dates you are interested in attending. Once we receive your inquiry, we will be in touch to schedule a 20-minute pre intensive screening to determine if our program is the best for your therapeutic needs and goals. After you complete the pre intensive screening you are eligible for registration.

The Resilience Through Betrayal three day intensive program costs $4,000. Due to the high demand for these programs half (50%) of the fee (i.e., $2,000) is due upon registration to secure your spot. The second half (50%) of the fee (i.e., $2,000) will be charged two weeks (approx. 14 days) prior to the the scheduled start date of the intensive. 

A light breakfast, coffee, and snacks are provided daily. Also included is lunch on day three. All other meals are not included.

No, travel and lodging are not included. The BTRC offices are conveniently located by downtown Bellevue where there are many hotel options to choose from. For lodging recommendations please contact hello@thebtrc.com.

The BTRC does not accept insurance but is credentialed to bill as an ‘out of network’ provider for insurance companies. Each month, you will be provided with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You may also request a superbill for any of the BTRC’s intensive programs. Please be sure to verify your out of network benefits as submitting a superbill is not a guarantee of service reimbursement. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company and to understand your benefits. Payment is taken at the day of each session via autopay with a credit card on file for the Individual Intensive Program. The Small Group Intensive requires full payment at the time of registration.

BTRC offers both in person and telehealth sessions for individual and couple’s therapy. All intensive therapy programs are in person.

Individual and couple’s therapy sessions are 50-minutes long. Session times for intensive therapy programs can vary.

Yes! Free 15-minute phone consultations are offered for all couples and individual therapy services.

Each 50-minute session ranges from $150-$215 depending on the clinician. To inquire about a specific clinicians fee please contact hello@thebtrc.com.
