Through evidence-based techniques (Emotional Transformation Therapy), alternative healing modalities (eg., hypnotherapy, sound bath, meditation), and personalized support, the Resilience Through Betrayal Program will help you develop resilience to adapt, cope, and thrive in the face of adversity. Resilience can empower you to face triggers and challenges head-on, enabling you to navigate the ups and downs of recovery with self compassion. Resilience will become your armor, shielding you from doubt and providing you with the confidence to work through life’s challenges.

What does the Resilience Through Betrayal Intensive Program Include?

  • 7.5 hours of trauma informed and evidenced based individual therapy.

  • 12 hours of psychoeducation and process group therapy.

  • 3 hours of alternative healing (trauma informed yoga, sound bath, mediation).

  • BTRC E-book including resources for resilience, emotion regulation, boundary setting, journal prompts, and more.

  • Welcome bag with journal, water bottle, pen, chapstick.

  • Daily light breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, and other hydrating drinks.

  • Goodbye lunch and ceremony.

Resilience Through Betrayal Intensive Structure

  • The Resilience Through Betrayal Intensive is held at the Bellevue Trauma Recovery Center’s main office in Bellevue, Washington.

  • The intensive is designed as a small group experience with 3-6 participants.

  • The intensive combines therapy, psycho-education, and experiential work.

  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the BTRC office on days 1-3.

  • Participants will stay at lodging of their choice and will be provided with a list of close hotels.

  • The intensive program runs from 9:00am- 6:00pm on days 1 through 3 and 9:00am-noon on the final day.
