Meet Dr. Victoria Schroder
Dr. Victoria Schroder is a licensed mental health counselor who conducts ADHD and personality assessments at BTRC. She holds a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University (2020) and brings extensive experience and advanced training in psychological evaluation, complex trauma, and mental health treatment to her assessment work.
In addition to her general clinical training, Dr. Schroder holds specialized certifications as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider (PMH-C, 2024) and a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE, 2025) through the National Board of Forensic Evaluators. Her broad clinical background includes work with ADHD, chronic impulsivity, anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of testing and evaluation needs, giving her a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to diagnostic assessment.
Dr. Schroder’s approach is thorough, collaborative, and grounded in a deep understanding of how ADHD and personality patterns show up across different areas of a person’s life. She is committed to providing clients with clear, accurate insights that support meaningful next steps in their care.
