Dr. Victoria Schroder, PsyD, LMHC, PMH-C, CFMHE, is a licensed mental health counselor at BTRC who provides therapy for individuals and couples and conducts ADHD and personality assessments. She holds a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University (2020) and brings extensive experience and advanced training in complex trauma, relational healing, psychological evaluation, and evidence-based mental health treatment.

In her therapy work, Dr. Schroder supports individuals and couples navigating posttraumatic stress and complex trauma, infidelity and betrayal trauma, relationship distress, and problematic sexual behaviors. She helps individuals reclaim their sense of self after relational wounds, and she guides couples through rebuilding trust, improving communication, and deciding on the future of their relationship. She also works with sexual health and intimacy concerns, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. As a Perinatal Mental Health Certified provider (PMH-C, 2024), she has particular expertise in supporting individuals and couples through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.

Dr. Schroder is also a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE, 2025) through the National Board of Forensic Evaluators. At BTRC, her assessment work focuses on ADHD and personality evaluations, drawing on her broad clinical background with ADHD, chronic impulsivity, trauma, mood and anxiety concerns, and a range of testing needs. Her trauma-informed perspective helps her understand how attention, emotion, and personality patterns show up across work, relationships, and daily life.
